If you would like product and pricing information, or would like to check on order status or require any assistance with an order you have placed, you may email us at any time at sales@doctorflynn.com and a member of our sales team will get back to you usually within 24 hours.

Prices

Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on the DoctorFlynn.com website at any time.
Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars.

DoctorFlynn.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped
Please allow 1 business day for order processing after DoctorFlynn.com receives your payment.

NOTE: DoctorFlynn.com will never ask for your credit card details by email. Please do not email us your credit card details under any circumstances.

Cheque

Select the items you wish to order by adding your items to the basket. Select payment method "Cheque" and delivery method "Post". Fill in your name and address at the checkout, continue until postage has been added to your order. An order form will be sent to your email address with all the details required. Print this email off and send it to us along with a cheque, postal order or money order for the full amount. Your order will then be dispatched by mail, once funds have cleared.

Product Availability

Every effort is made to ship your order within 1 business day, however circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay. If a delay beyond this occurs, DoctorFlynn.com will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery within Australia, or 3-4 weeks for overseas orders.

Return and Refund Policy

We mail all orders in plain sealed jiffy bags, or small plain cardboard boxes for larger orders.
For the protection of copyright, only faulty items are returnable. If you receive a DoctorFlynn.com product in a damaged or unusable condition, please email sales@doctorflynn.com to lodge a return request within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice.
If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you.
The product must be returned to DoctorFlynn.com with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice within 15 business days of the authorisation of the Refund or Return request. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.

Please note that DoctorFlynn.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for downloaded MP3 files:
Please do not send us any items you wish to return, without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice.
PLEASE NOTE: DoctorFlynn.com recommends that you:

1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
2. Either insure your package for safe return to DoctorFlynn.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.
Carrier charges for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DoctorFlynn.com does not suggest that the products for sale will work for everyone all the time. They do work for many people most of the time.

Proof of Purchase

DoctorFlynn.com will send you a confirmation of your order via email, if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Sales Tax

Orders orders will attract 10% GST. The Proof of Purchase that DoctorFlynn.com mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

DoctorFlynn.com offers domestic and international shipping by Australia Post.

Shipping Details

The shipment date of your order is usually within 1 business day, and does not necessarily include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of a credit card).
Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery within Australia, or 3-4 weeks for overseas orders.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday, will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Please Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.
